Our Vineyard
A fragmented vineyard on
Puligny-Montrachet.
Inherited from Benoît's grandparents in 1990, the estate's vineyards consist of 23 parcels, spread across the "lower" slopes of Puligny, the village, and the hillsides.

We age our wines for 18 months in wooden and glass containers, followed by stainless steel. This method preserves the fruit’s original aromatic profile, enhanced by the minerality of our terroirs.
ANTICHTONE
Antichtone is a cuvée made from the Aligoté grape variety, sourced from three parcels—two planted by Benoît’s grandfather in 1949 and 1953, and a third planted by Benoît in 2002. To control yield and maintain the grape’s balance, pruning is carried out exclusively using the cordon de Royat method.
BOURGOGNE
The Bourgogne cuvée brings together all the Chardonnay vines from a clonal selection
GOLDEN JUBILEE
The Golden Jubilee cuvée honors our oldest Chardonnay parcel. Originally planted using massal selection, it celebrated its fiftieth anniversary in 2011.
MATHILDE
Named after Benoit's eldest daughter, Mathilde is the estate's only Pinot Noir cuvée.
PULIGNY-MONTRACHET
Puligny-Montrachet is a blend of five parcels from the estate, with an average vine age of 50 years.
NEXE FLORE
Nexe Flore is the oldest parcel of the estate, planted in 1943. Located just below the Premier Cru appellations, this confidential cuvée is exclusively vinified in glass.
CHASSAGNE MONTRACHET
The Chassagne-Montrachet parcel, initially planted with Pinot Noir, was transformed into Chardonnay by Benoît in 2005. Situated next to the Puligny-Montrachet appellation, it borders the estate’s Tremblots parcel.
CLOS DE LA TRUFFIÈRE
La Truffière Premier Cru is a source of pride for Benoît's grandparents, acquired in multiple stages. It is one of the estate's emblematic vineyards. Planted perpendicular to the natural slope, it is the largest parcel of the vineyard, spanning one hectare. Its soil rests on stratified limestone bedrock, and its altitude ranges between 316 and 326 meters.
"EN LA RICHARDE" FOLATIÈRES
En la Richarde is an exceptional parcel, a true gem at the border of the Grands Crus. It represents only 4% of the Folatières appellation and rests on dense limestone bedrock, which emerges in certain areas. Its altitude varies between 277 and 294 meters.
